This artwork was inspired by the Italian surrealist painter Giorgio de Chirico.  I have painted two picture frames - one is a painting of the HEB grocery store in our neighborhood, and other is a painting of a box of cooking from that store - and placed them in the interior of the Menil Museum, in Houston TX.
